Question 1

How far in advance can I order?

Accepted Answer

For most events, 7 days is a preferred, but as soon as possible is best. If it's a big event, months in advance will ensure that all supplies are ordered and received in time. But if you have a last minute need, contact me and I will accommodate if able!

Question 2

Can balloon decor be personalized for my celebration?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! I can tailor designs with colors, themes, names, numbers, messages, or other meaningful details. Sharing the feeling and visual direction you want can help guide a design that feels connected to your occasion.

Question 3

What is the difference between air-filled and helium balloons?

Accepted Answer

Air-filled balloons are often used for grounded arrangements, garlands, columns, and other structured decor. Helium balloons float and can be used for bouquets, accents, and displays that add height and movement to a space.

Question 4

How do I choose the right balloon design?

Accepted Answer

Consider the event type, color palette, venue, available space, and the atmosphere you want to create. I can help bring those ideas into a cohesive arrangement that fits the celebration.

Question 5

Why work with a balloon decor professional?

Accepted Answer

A professional can combine design, color, scale, and placement to create decor that feels intentional rather than simply assembled. My guidance can also make it easier to choose an arrangement that complements the event and photographs beautifully. And best of all, it's off your plate so you can focus on your event.

Question 6

Can I send you inspiration pics?

Accepted Answer

You sure can! I don't like to copy the work of others but I certainly can use the pics you send to inspire my own creativity!

Question 7

What is required to book?

Accepted Answer

To book and secure your date and time, a 50% deposit of the total amount is required with the remainder due, 5 days before the event. Bookings that are within 7 days of the event will require that payment is made in full. Even if your event is more than weeks away, you can pay in full if you wish.
